Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Prepare and review federal and state corporate, individual, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns, including exercising professional judgment with respect to issue identification to develop solutions
• Supervise and help drive the success of multiple engagements in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
• Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing and meeting deadlines, and proactively sharing tax-saving strategies
• Collaborate with team members at all levels, from Associate to Managing Director, on client management, professional development, and business development initiatives
• Supervise, develop, train and mentor staff-including performance and engagement reviews
• Attend professional development and continuing education sessions on a regular basis
• Other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field

Minimum Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• CPA candidates preferred
• Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
