Senior Loan IQ Project Manager / Hybrid PM / Business Analyst - New York

We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of our prestigious clients at a Tier 1 Investment Bank as part of our US Team within Post Trade Services and Consulting.
In this role, you will support the client’s Loan Transformation program, collaborating with product teams, technical teams, and business analysts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in capital markets / investment banking and wholesale lending.
Key Responsibilities / Role Requirements :
- Create detailed and easily readable documentation of loan data flows between approximately 50 upstream systems and centralized loan data platforms.
- Capture all critical data elements (CDEs) within the loan data ecosystem
- Ensure that key mappings and translations between systems are accurately captured
- Advise on optimal operational processes while identifying region specific nuances
- Extensive experience using Loan IQ in commercial lending
- Previous experience in implementation / migration projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, syndicate lending, and wholesale banking.
- Understanding of data mapping and migration from ACBS to Loan IQ
- Collaborate with product teams to support the enhancement of loan data quality, supporting the FR Y-14 reporting process
- Provide high-level documentation of data models related to loan data
- Utilize data analytics to identify and address data quality issues
- Strong stakeholder management skills

Qualification and Skills Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- Prior experience / knowledge of loans and loan data systems
- Solid understanding of wholesale lending (products, processes, and lifecycle)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working :
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with what our client's policies and expectations are, and these vary.
This role would require being in the office at least 3 days a week.
Salary Range : $130,000 - $170,000
