Des Moines Public Schools is seeking Building Guest Educators for our hard to fill schools for 2023-2024 School Year.
Locations :
Elementary : Oak Park, Willard, Park Avenue
Middle : Brody, Callanan, Harding, Weeks
One position per school*
Job Summary :
Implements Board Policy regarding education philosophy / curriculum under the direction of the administration through planning, organizing, managing, interacting with students;
establish rapport with students, staff, parents, and community.
Successful candidates for this position will possess :
- Valid Iowa Teaching License
- Substitute Authorization Certificate
Pay Starting : $225 / day
Additional Benefit : 2 personal days
Individuals considered for this position will need to commit to working a minimum of 4 days per week.
