The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for all Key TSS Denver (TSSD) projects relating to Facilities, Manufacturing Excellence, Investment projects, and site layout projects in support of TSSD’s strategic aims.
In conjunction with other key managers, The Facilities Project Manager is a key position managing core activities in the support of TSSD’s business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

- Follow TSS Project Management Model (PMM) process
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring project goals are reached
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project member to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage investment programs and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed for cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals / objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Education and Experience
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree. Must have five (5) or more years’ experience in a Project management or similar role.

Work Environment / Physical Demands / Equipment Used
This position is located in a manufacturing facility, which requires standing, walking, squatting, twisting, and bending.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, handle containers of product. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
