Role : Solution Architect

Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable and secure user profile management and identity management solution
- Implement and integrate identity management tools such as Okta, Auth0, etc.
- Develop and enforce authentication and authorization frameworks
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide technical guidance to onshore and offshore development teams
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvements
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect
- At least 12+ years of industry experience in software engineering
- Proven experience with identity management tools such as Okta, Azure AD, Auth0, etc..
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
- Expertise in designing and implementing RBAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
