Responsibilities - Drive the growth of TikTok's social and creative products.- Shape the vision for social and creative products and guide strategic investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and collaborative decision-making with the team.
- Lead the team in identifying product opportunities, defining problems, and delivering solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and track key success metrics and product impact, utilizing a data-driven approach.- Implement best practices for collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Algorithm, Data Science, User Experience, and Research & Development, across various time zones.
Minimum Qualifications - Experience or coursework in product management, data science, consulting, or similar fields.- Exposure to working on B2C products and / or social products.
- Strong logical thinking skills, capable of contributing to product planning and design with a clear understanding of how the product roadmap aligns with TikTok's overall goals.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, with excellent collaboration and communication skills to build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience or academic projects in product management, data science, consulting, or related fields.
- Familiarity with B2C products and / or social media products.- Proven ability to think logically and strategically, with experience in product planning and design that aligns with overarching business goals.
- Experience in developing products from inception to launch.
