Wellhart is partnering with a clinic in New York to staff a locum tenens Radiologist for recurring weekly assignments. This role offers a unique opportunity to maintain a consistent schedule while enjoying the benefits of locum work.
Job Details :
- 4-day assignments, one week every 4-8 weeks
- Shifts from 8a-4 : 30p, Monday through Friday
Qualifications :
- Ability to handle high-volume workload
- Collaborative approach to complex cases
- Experience with breast imaging and procedures
Responsibilities :
- Perform 8-10 mammography procedures per week, including :
- Stereotactic guided breast biopsies
- Ultrasound guided breast biopsies
- MR guided breast biopsies (preferred but not required)
- Read approximately 30-40 mammograms per day
- Interpret 40-50 non-mammography studies daily
