Job Description
The Department of Social Sciences at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) seeks a full-time MPA Program Director at the level of Full Professor of Public Administration to begin in Fall 2025.
TAMIU is a growing university of over 8,000 students located in Laredo, Texas, a vibrant bilingual and bicultural city with a population of about 250,000.

Primary duties will include teaching graduate Public Administration courses and Political Science courses, if needed. A reduced load (2-2) is provided to allow for the management of our NASPAA-accredited program.
Duties also include recruiting, advising, maintaining accreditation which includes assessment of courses and the program, and seeking external grant funding.
