Our LPNs provide & assist in direct patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse (RN) as directed by the treatment team.
Provide medical management of patients. Assist RN with environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population.
Supervise MHSs as directed by RN. Document patient care, ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates.
Work with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
