Overview : We are seeking a passionate and certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a registered member of Yoga Alliance and possess a deep understanding of yoga principles, meditation techniques, and holistic well-being.

The primary responsibility is to lead engaging and transformative yoga and meditation sessions, catering to participants of various skill levels.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct Yoga and Meditation Classes :
• Plan and execute well-structured and dynamic yoga classes for individuals and groups.
• Integrate meditation techniques into yoga sessions to enhance mental and emotional well-being.
• Adapt classes to accommodate participants of different skill levels, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
• Provide Personalized Guidance :
• Offer individualized attention and guidance to participants, helping them improve their practice and achieve their wellness goals.
• Create a supportive and encouraging environment that fosters personal growth and self-discovery.
• Demonstrate Proper Techniques :
• Instruct and demonstrate yoga poses and meditation techniques with precision and clarity.
• Emphasize the importance of proper alignment, breath control, and mindfulness.
• Educate on Yoga Philosophy and Lifestyle :
• Share knowledge about the philosophy and principles of yoga, fostering a deeper understanding among participants.
• Promote a holistic approach to well-being, including aspects of nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness.
• Maintain a Safe and Inclusive Environment :
• Ensure the safety of participants by monitoring their practice and providing appropriate modifications when necessary.
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that respects diverse backgrounds, abilities, and experiences.
• Continued Professional Development :
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in yoga and meditation.
• Attend workshops, training programs, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Administrative Tasks :
• Keep accurate records of attendance, participant progress, and any relevant information.
• Collaborate with management to market classes, update schedules, and handle participant inquiries.

Qualifications :

• Certified Yoga Instructor with a minimum of 1 years of teaching experience.
• Familiar with ClassPass and booking platforms a plus
• Registered member of Yoga Alliance minimum (RYT 200).
• Proficient in various yoga styles, including list styles, e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, Restorative, Prenatal .
• Experience in guiding meditation sessions and promoting mindfulness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Passion for promoting holistic well-being and a healthy lifestyle.
