Senior Accountant Benefits :

Senior Accountant Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly analyses on revenue trends and budget variances
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify areas for improvement
- Play a key role in annual physical inventory audits
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Analyze inventory and capex balances, recommending adjustments as needed
- Manage assigned accounting processes during period-end close
- Support system implementation projects across departments
- Assist with audit preparation and data gathering
- Develop and enhance financial reporting systems
Senior Accountant Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of post-graduate accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Excel Macros (preferred)
