Production Technician- GMP Cleaning

Job Description
Shift : Wednesday Saturday 6am-430pm
Manager Updates
- Chance for conversation to perm
- Day to Day : cleaning and mopping cleanrooms, stocking gowning materials, will be in a gown head to toe at all times, cleaning laboratory dishes, trained on autoclave
- Must be gown certified
- Highly prefer some’ GMP experience as job is heavy in documentation if they don’t have GMP they will need some type of background where they perform documentation activities
- Highly prefer some previous clean room

Description
- Complete processes relevant to the manufacture of Functional Cosmetic Ingredients in accordance with manufacturing schedules under minimum supervision
- Assist in the manufacture of solutions used in production and processing of raw materials.
- Sample by-products using standard methodologies.
- Complete all relevant documentation compliant with cGMP and GDP guidelines
Main Areas of Responsibilities
- Ensure the washroom, downstream processing laboratories, deionized water systems, and other production areas are well maintained and organized daily.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and limited troubleshooting of components used in the production of Functional Cosmetic Ingredients.
- Operate sonic bath, washers and sterilizers
- Ensure the proper sterilization of autoclavable materials for all site operations
- Assist in the organization and storage of consumable materials used for downstream processes
- Provide support to warehouse personal
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and report unsafe conditions to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Years of experience / education and / or certifications required :
- Highschool Diploma
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
