Production Operator
Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.
Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities.

Essential Responsibilities
- Create quality assemblies and alloy applications according to provided instructions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
- Adhere to standards and procedures regarding traceability.
- Maintain good housekeeping techniques.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set-up & used in safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
Qualifications and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shop environment
- Ability to read and understand instructions for quality and safety.
- Basic mechanical skills and math
- Multi-tasking, organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
