You Are :
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more.
You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions.
Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture.
Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work :
- Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
- Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
- Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
- Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
- Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.
- Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
- Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts.
- Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
- Guiding clients and leading / coaching project teams.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What you Need :
- Minimum of 6 years of Professional Working Experience
- Minimum of 2 large data / tech transformation implementation experience
- Prior experience with Data Cleansing, extraction, Modeling, Management, & Transformation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If :
- Experience with implementing large Data Lake / Data Fabric solution.
- In-depth understanding of database management systems and scripting (SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases).
- Experience with Data Governance and Security. Experienced with : Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), Data Redaction, Virtual Private Database (VPD), Oracle Label Security (OLS).
- Responsible for applying data governance framework including the management of data, operating model, data policies and standards as well as the application of clearly defined data management definitions.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) is the process data-driven organizations use to gather data from multiple sources and then bring it together to support discovery, reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
- Familiar with Cloud Technologies : Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure tools such as OCI and Oracle PaaS services.
- Familiar with change management in the implementation of data & information management strategies, BI, advanced analytics, and AI.
- You are familiar with market trends and technologies related to data management, analytics, and visualization.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
