Description
Reporting directly into the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
- Support a 24 / 5 operation
- Oversee a team of around 40 Technicians
- Manage daily workload and strategize efficient workflows
- Communicate equipment and materials needs across the organization
- Develop team member skillsets and talent
- Track performance of team members and overall production floor
- Drive high quality standards and procedures
Profile
- Education : Associate's Degree or equivalent education
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Conflict / resolution skills
- Knowledge of evaluating metrics
- Knowledge of root cause analysis
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Chemical Engineering experience preferred
