Our client in Alpharetta is a leader in global outdoor LCD displays. They are actively looking for a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for identifying and cultivating potential leads for the sales team to pursue.
This is an entry level position.
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software development, computer science, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
If degree is in business / finance, must demonstrate an interest in understanding of technology.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, including handling objections and positioning the value of the product.
- A solid understanding of the product and ability to articulate the benefits and features to potential clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience with lead management and tracking tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify and target potential customers within our key market segments.
- Research and Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential leads. Utilize data-driven insights to refine lead generation tactics and maximize effectiveness.
- Outreach Campaigns : Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, advertising, and networking events, to generate interest and engagement with our products or services.
- Content Development : Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content and messaging tailored to different audience segments and stages of the buyer's journey.
- Lead Qualification : Evaluate and qualify inbound leads through proactive engagement and follow-up to ensure alignment with our target customer profile and readiness for sales engagement.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system, and effectively manage lead pipeline to drive conversion and optimize sales efficiency.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs related to lead generation activities to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize lead generation strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion.
