About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2229 To $2476Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapist - Acute Care & Outpatient Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 4x10 - 7am to 5pm, 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Not specified License : Physical Therapist License Certifications : BLS Certification Must-Have : COVID and flu vaccines, valid driver's license Job Description : - Provide physical therapy services in both acute care and outpatient settings.
- Work schedule includes Sunday in acute care and Monday through Thursday in outpatient care.- Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.- Document and maintain patient records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize clinical expertise to foster patient recovery and optimize functional outcomes.- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and therapy standards.- Free shared housing available; however, no guests or pets are permitted.
- A car is required for commuting purposes.
