- Audit, Enter, and Code Expense Reports in Concur and send them off to Management for approval in a high-volume capacity
- Make sure all Expense Reports adhere to company compliance requirements
- Work with Payroll to make sure expenses are paid out to employees
- Be the point of contact for all employees for questions / concerns on Expense Reports
- Be able to support other projects and tasks as needed
Job Requirements :
- At least 2+ years of Expense Reporting Auditing - Required
- 1-2 years of experience or knowledge using Concur - Preferred
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent - Preferred OR 2+ years of on-the-job experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable - Preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team Player and the ability to be flexible and able to jump into various tasks as needed
- Ability to follow directions well
