Data Entry professional with ADP Payroll experience needed in West Sacramento to input data from physical documents or transcribe recordings into spreadsheets, tables, or databases in an organized, accurate way.
Must have fast and accurate typing / keyboarding skills and a high attention to detail. Will be verifying and reconciling data.
This is a 40 hour / Full Time, temporary position to help catch up a backlog of work. Client is ready to move fast for with the qualifications below :
Primary Job Functions
Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.
Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents.
Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.
Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.
Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills / Abilities
ADP proficiency required.
Demonstrate excellent typing / alpha-numeric data entry skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel, and knowledge in or ability to quickly learn other computer applications
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners and dictation machines
Ability to follow instructions and good communication skills for rectifying problems and providing feedback
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
Education
High school diploma / GED
Experience
At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
ADP proficiency required
