Senior Tax Accountant
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to prepare and assist with US and international corporate tax provisions and compliance.
Key Responsibilities : Prepare US federal, foreign, and state income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740Support tax compliance for the US entity and all foreign subsidiariesAssist with indirect taxes, including sales and use tax compliance and auditsRequired Qualifications & Education : At least four years of international and corporate tax experience in public accounting and in-houseExperience with US domestic and international tax mattersExperience in ASC 740, including foreign income tax provision and valuation allowance analysisB.
A. / B.S. in a related field (e.g., Accounting) or equivalent work experienceActive CPA License is preferred
