Your Role :

Managing an identifiedgeographic territory which offers Lab Diagnostic products, services, andsolutions to new or existing customers and providing overall responsibilitywithin an account.

Theideal candidate has prior experience with a hospital lab call point with amedical, capital equipment sales background.

You Will :

  • Meet and exceed sales goals specific to geographic territory.
  • Serving as primary contact and "quarterback," within account. Single point of contact for all customer needs.
  • Assuming product ownership and responsibility of all diagnostic business units with thorough understanding of the products and positioning against the competition.
  • Collaboration with all internal teammates and stakeholders (specialists, Health System Executives, service, technical applications, finance, etc.).
  • Develop and grow an opportunity funnel of both competitive / prospective customers and current Siemens Healthineers customers.
  • Lead business reviews and update account plans based on changing market, wins / loses, customer conditions and competitive activity.
  • Deliver customer business reviews to align on current landscape, retain our position, and identify additional opportunities to grow within current customer install base.
  • Maintain and grow capital equipment and diagnostic reagent business across all LD product lines.
  • Grow share of wallet within current customer base through competitive conversions, menu expansion and add assay opportunities.
  • Accurately maintain and update internal sales and data analytics tools (ex. CRM, quoting process, etc.

YourExpertise :

  • Trackrecord of success leading commercial teams in med tech industry (ideallylaboratory diagnostics space)
  • Experiencedeveloping account-level deal strategy (Miller Heiman) & organizing team toexecute on plan of action
  • Strongrelationship management skills with demonstrated ability to serve accounts
  • Abilityto collaborate in a matrixed organization and leverage resources
  • Demonstratedknowledge of product lines, markets, and competitors
  • 3+years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, orhospital purchasing organizations
  • Strongpresentation skills

The pay range for thisposition is $100,000-$130,000 annually; however, base pay offered may varydepending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The annualincentive target is $70,000. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of healthand wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
