We are looking for Shipping and Receiving Specialists, Materials Handlers, and Warehouse Specialists to participate in our operations and activities.
These roles are vital to keep our Volcon ePowersports production operations going smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements
- Preferably some experience in warehouse and production operations
- Some experience in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs
- Current forklift license (preferred)
- High school degree or equivalent
- Be reliable and substance free employee and team mate
If hired through our staffing agency, there may be a required contract period before we make employment offers based on performance and reliability.
Entry level rate starts at $16 / hr with $18-20 / hr range available for more experienced candidates.
