Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the oversight of developing, aligning and building Valley Care Clinic physicians, providers and clinics / services.
Marketing physicians aligned with key hospital service lines at South Texas Health System is the primary focus. Identify target markets in order to launch branding, traditional / digital campaigns, and creating top of mind awareness of service lines and physician engagement will be key to successful initiatives.
Responsibilities include brand development / enhance reputation, effectively measuring return on investment marketing, leveraging web and social media platforms to increase clinic growth / volumes, and comprehensive advertising metrics to generate top of mind awareness.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
2. Computer proficiency to include internet research, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and graphic
software.
3. Must be able to develop and maintain effective and efficient working relationships with physicians and all
levels of staff.
4. Communication, relationship-building, and project management skills are critical to success.
5. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
6. Willingness to roll up sleeves to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities
7. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
8. Must be detail-oriented and exhibit initiative
9. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issues(s) to the Compliance Officer.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE :
1. Minimum of 5- years’ experience in marketing preferred.
2. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. May substitute equivalent work experience for degree requirement : 7+ years’ experience.
3. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration optional.
