Position : Assistant Manager / Sales Lead
BODY20 is currently seeking an assistant manager for our Fort Collins location to help us launch into the next phase of growth from the ground floor.
As an integral part of the team, you will help oversee the daily business operations, assist with sales, train members, and be active with supporting the rest of the staff as necessary.
This role is designed to learn all aspects of studio operations with significant upside for the right individual. Compensation is a base + bonus with required monthly performance quotas.
Responsibilities
- You will work directly with the manager and owner in support of day to day studio operations, sales activities, and coaching / training our existing and prospective members
- You are Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to : new member acquisition, current member retention, revenue, cost containment
- Gather, maintain, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly KPI scorecards for each team member (including yourself) and make data driven corrective actions as necessary
Typical Week Breakdown :
50% Sales and Marketing activities - Hosting new prospects and introducing them to membership options, following up with leads, assisting marketing team with various event activities and engaging in weekly sales training.
You will have a sales quota.
- 40% Coaching Members - Minimum 10-15 hours per week training members and acting as a backup if a coach calls in sick
- 10% Studio Operations - Assisting manager and owner with studio operations such as member communications, promotion development, studio maintenance, opening / closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry with proven success REQUIRED
- 3+ years of management experience REQUIRED
- 1+ Years working in a fitness or retail environment REQUIRED
- Significant and demonstrable desire to win and an extremely high sense of urgency to do whatever it takes at all times
- High energy level at all times, ability to juggle multiply priorities and operate in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to exceed expectations and bring intensity on a daily basis
