Construction Superintendent
Custom boutique homebuilder with 25 year+ stellar reputation building luxury homes and performing large scale renovations in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced on-site superintendent.
Commercial tenant improvement experience is also needed.
Our team of talented superintendents each oversee 2-3 projects at a time and are responsible for scheduling and coordinating the subcontractors and suppliers for their jobs.
They can read and understand both architectural and designer’s plans, maintain or exceed quality standards by performing daily inspections of each trade's work and ensure their jobs are being completed per the scope of work and contract terms already specified for them.
All jobs are in Boca Raton so travel between jobs is very limited. Please do not apply if travel to / from work is over one hour from Boca.
The salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience. We offer Medical insurance, paid vacations, bonuses and other benefits.
