Job Description : The Role

The Role

Our Workplace Investing (WI) Stock Plan Services is looking for a Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer to help build a new automation tool.

The tool will leverage cloud technologies in support of equity compensation products for the Global markets. The person will have expertise and work on back-end databases as well as middle-tier and front-end development.

This person will play a key role in building, testing and releasing product features in an Agile delivery fashion.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more modern Object-Oriented Programming Languages such as Java or Python.
• Application development using Java EE, Spring, Angular.
• Certifications in Azure or AWS cloud platforms are a plus.
• Understanding of and experience with Micro-Services Architecture concepts and emerging patterns such as APIs, JAX-RS, REST / JSON.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle.
• Understanding of Cloud Computing and DevOps concepts including CI / CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
• Experience with messaging architecture and event driven frameworks including message brokers such as MQ, Kafka.
• Previous experience in building high performance tools.
