We're seeking an Assistant Clubhouse Manager to bring their energy, passion, and a keen sense of leadership to our vibrant team in Phoenix, AZ.
This influential role will involve working closely with the Director of Clubhouse Operations and the Clubhouse Manager, overseeing all facets of our clubhouse dining operations.
Your drive for exceptional service, resourcefulness, and impeccable attention to detail will contribute immensely to our commitment to excellence.
As Assistant Clubhouse Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Assisting the Clubhouse Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising all food and beverage operations within the Clubhouse.
- Coordinating with staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Guiding, training, and providing support to the front-of-house staff, while maintaining food and safety sanitation standards.
- Ensuring efficient inventory management, and handling complaints concerning food, beverages or service professionally and promptly.
- Participating actively in meetings, taste tests, and training sessions, while adhering to all safety standards and guidelines.

Qualifications for this role include :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least 2 years of relevant restaurant assistant management experience.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Required certificates, licenses, and registrations such as a valid driver’s license, unexpired Arizona food and liquor certifications, and a Manager Level Food Certification.
