FARMERS Insurance - Customer Service Sales Representative

We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Network and develop leads
• Establish contact with prospects and schedule appointments
• Stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
• Meet with prospective customers
• Meet with existing customers to perform policy reviews
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct sales presentations
• Solicit referrals and follow up on sales leads generated from networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications :

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
• Bilingual preferred but not necessary
