About the role
- A typical day for an HR coordinator could include providing guidance and resources to our clients, developing client handbooks, answering unemployment claims, and assisting our HR business partners with projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for clients.
- Offer guidance on utilizing HR tools and resources effectively.
- Ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS for multiple clients.
- You’ll also work with our accounting team to audit HR-related billing activity for accuracy, bill clients for appropriate services, and submit invoices.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and clients as needed.
Requirements
About you :
- You have a knack for customer service, and have some past experience to show it.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- If you have some HR support experience, we’ll be especially interested.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who have, or are currently pursuing, a degree in Human Resources.
