Move Out Cleaning Technician, $12.00 to $13.00 HR. 8 am. to 6 pm Monday - Friday

Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and embark on a fulfilling journey where your attention to detail, time management, and teamwork will be highly valued.

Job Summary :

What would your day look like?

You will drive to your assigned property using your personal, insured vehicle. You will have multiple assignments for the day to travel to within the Fayetteville Area.

The homes we clean are no longer occupied, this is what we call "a move-out cleaning". You will most of the time work independently.

You can expect to provide a very detail-oriented cleaning, moving swiftly to complete Kitchen Appliances, Cabinets, Drawers, Ceiling Fans, Light Fixtures, Windows / Window Panes, Toilets, Shower / Bathtubs, Sinks, Countertops, High Touch Areas, Wiping Down Doors, Dusting, Air Vent Covers, Balconies, Sweeping, Mopping and Vacuuming Floors.

You will be communicating with your team and management daily, using your phone to utilize our schedule and time app, and uploading pictures with information into the app.

Responsibilities :

• Begin your day by picking up keys from the apartment leasing office and enthusiastically embarking on your cleaning assignments.
• Utilize your meticulous approach to wipe down inside and outside stoves, ovens, fridges, microwaves, and dishwashers, restoring them to their pristine state.
• Display your knack for cleanliness as you scrub and polish inside and outside showers, tubs, toilets, and bathroom cabinets, ensuring every corner shines.
• Unleash your inner neat freak by dusting blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans, bringing a fresh and tidy feel to every space.
• Showcase your eye for detail as you clean outlets' mirrors, windows, and faces, leaving no smudge or speck behind.
• Tackle challenging spots on the floor with gusto, sweeping and mopping to reveal the beauty beneath.
• Embrace the satisfaction of mastering our cleaning process and consistently meeting time goals.
• Move with a sense of purpose, managing your time but not compromising your quality of work!

Required Skills :

MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED CLEANER, NO EXCEPTIONS! BE ABLE TO PROVIDE VALID PROOF OF EXPERIENCE WITH A MINIMUM OF 1 to 2 YEARS OF MOVE-OUT CLEANING EXPERIENCE!

PHYSICAL ABILITY : Utilize your physical strength as you comfortably walk, climb multi-level stairs, bend, push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs.

during work hours, stand on your feet up to 8 hours per day, and have endurance to quickly clean while maintaining company and client standards!

SUPPLY KNOWLEDGE and MANAGEMENT : Leverage your knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage, and disposal methods to ensure a safe and environmentally friendly approach.

Manage your supply usage effectively.

• COMMUNICATION SKILLS : Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly within our team-oriented atmosphere. Must be able to read and write English.
• ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS : Apply your excellent organizational skills to efficiently complete timed tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our cleaning process.
• SELF MOTIVATION : Your self-motivation will shine as you identify and complete tasks without constant supervision, making your mark on each assignment.
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL : Your attention to detail, even the smallest ones, will be highly used!
• TECHNICAL SKILLS : Utilize your phone to clock in and out, communicate in apps, upload pictures, and be able to read and follow written instructions.
