Job Summary : Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Our Level III Labor and Delivery unit delivers approximately 5,000 births per year.

Required :
- Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
If Associate’s Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing program and graduate within five years of position start date
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or the American Red Cross (BLS Provider or BLS Instructor)
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of start date in position
- NRP Certification within 6 months of start date in position
- C-EFM Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification within one year of start date in position
- Minimum one year acute care experience as a Registered Nurse
- Preferred :
- Labor and delivery experience as a Registered Nurse
