Qualifications
- Must hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) and an English As a Second Language Endorsement (ESL) or Billingual Endorsement
- Must hold a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Education
- Fluent and literate in English
- Knowledgeable of curriculum and instruction, as well as second language acquisition
- Flexible, excellent interpersonal communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and promote the dual language program and its philosophies
- Have a deep understanding of second language acquisition
- Use best practice for first and second language learners
- Be able to adapt the curriculum and language level for individual students' needs
