PEMBA sells, designs, programs, and installs automation systems which include audio-video equipment in residences and businesses.

We are looking for someone who wants to join our team to install, troubleshoot and design audio-video equipment lighting control and automation equipment and systems.

Your regular work hours are 8am to 5pm.

Skills Required :

• Experience designing the cabling for installation in new construction and renovations for audio, networking, video, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of Audio systems and materials to recommend quality audio solutions.
• Experience setting up audio-video equipment (including receivers, amps, speakers, video distribution, HDMI video distribution) and how the equipment should be installed and set up for residences and commercial spaces such as conference rooms, restaurants, and churches.
• Experience installing audio video equipment including roughin and trim out.
• Experience pulling and terminating cat5 / 6, coax and speaker cables.
• Understanding of how to build out the equipment in the rack.
• Experience using a desktop computer and various software products.

Skills Desired :

• Have installed Sonos, Denon Heos, Crown Amps, TruAudio speakers, landscape speakers, or similar.
• Experience with programming of Radio Ra2, Homeworks, URC, RTI, Elan, Crestron, DMX LIghting, ETC, and or Savant.
• Experience working with computers, network routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Experience or knowledge with video switching and video tiling.
• Experience quoting and designing AV, Lighting Control, and Network equipment.
• Experience using Excel to create bills of materials and quotes.
• Experience with selling lighting, lighting controls, automated shades, and electrical equipment.
• Experience setting up phone apps.
• Experience posting social media notices or advertisements.
• Enjoy working with people.

• Have your own laptop / desktop.
