Logistics Coordinator - Beaverton
Production and Repair Shipping / Logistics :
- Create Packing Slips and Commercial Invoices for domestic and international shipments
- Create Fed-ex / DHL / UPS Labels when necessary
- Schedule pickups
- Clear shipments that get stuck
- Communicate with Sales on shipment status and needs
- Create RMA paperwork when necessary
- Work in ERP system to systematically ship goods
Receiving :
- Follow standard receiving practices
- Verify / validate paperwork and save appropriately.
- Work with finance and procurement for receipts and differences in qty, pricing, supplier information.
- Clear incoming shipments when blocked
- Work in ERP system to systematically receive goods.
Knowledge Base :
- Experience in domestic and international Fed-ex / UPS / DHL shipments.
- Excel and PDF editor proficiency
- Experience in using ERP system to ship or receive Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
