TikTok Shop is seeking a multi-disciplinary leader to help us reimagine the logistics experience for small and midsize (SMB) business customers.
This role will take an end-to-end view of the SMB seller lifecycle, looking for ways to streamline seller onboarding, accelerate scaling, create intuitive support touchpoints, and graduate sellers to enterprise-level solutions when they reach sufficient scale.
Role Description
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven leader to develop and implement strategies aimed at reducing delivery costs, expediting transit times, and enhancing reliability.
This role will reimagine our carrier logistics network and collaborate with both internal and external partners to drive transformative change.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to transform our carrier logistics network, ensuring alignment with TikTok Shop's long-term vision.
- Cost Optimization : Collaborate with the carrier management team to renegotiate contracts, enhance efficiency, and introduce additional value-added services for customers.
- Innovation and Experimentation : Design and implement a phased approach to pilot and validate new service offerings, identifying key areas for improvement through experimentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure logistics solutions are seamlessly integrated with product roadmaps and business priorities.
Leverage your strong product management experience to influence the design and execution of logistics initiatives, ensuring they align with broader company goals.
You will serve as a liaison, translating complex technical and operational requirements between teams, and proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
Influence without Authority : Engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive alignment on strategic initiatives without direct reporting lines.
Use your understanding of product management fundamentals to advocate for logistics solutions that balance business objectives with customer needs.
Build strong relationships across departments to foster a collaborative environment and achieve shared goals.
Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with senior-level stakeholders to drive alignment and secure support for key initiatives.
Lead cross-functional working groups across Product, Operations, Procurement, Carrier Management, Marketing, Legal, and more.
- Project Management : Independently manage the end-to-end development and market launch of new logistics offerings. Write detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), provide critical feedback during product development, and lead the go-to-market strategy for new product solutions.
- Thought Leadership : Act as an influential voice and thought partner to cross-functional leadership on logistics network design and carrier management topics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in logistics management, product management, business operations, or a related field.
- Experience in designing logistics networks, managing carrier relationships, and optimizing cost structures.
- Proven track record of developing and launching new initiatives (0->

- Ability to influence senior leaders across various functions and build alignment around new initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
