Responsibilities
Assists the unit with providing safe, competent basic nursing care for patients in accordance with approved competencies, facility policies / practices, standards, philosophy under the direction of an RN.
Provides support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.
Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Active enrollment in an accredited RN or LPN Program
Completion or approaching completion of at least 1 semester of RN or LPN Program
Current American Heart Association BLS required at time of hire.
Prior CNA experience preferred not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills
