Market Research Analyst

Our healthcare client is looking for a Market Research Analyst to cover an upcoming paternity leave.This role is : - 40 hours / week- Starts early July 2024 with the contract ending at the end of January 2025- Remote, but need someone local to Minneapolis area for occasional onsite meetings at their corporate officeThe ideal candidate : - Minimum of 2+ years experience with quantitative market research methodologies and analytic techniques- Strong analytics skills with experience using survey tools- Proficient in Excel - can develop and manipulate complex spread sheets and data sets, and can analyze data to create findings and summaries- Significant experience using Qualtrics to program, distribute, and analyze survey data- Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the qualitative research processPreferred Qualifications : - Market / consumer research experience in the healthcare or non-profit space is a huge plus!- Market / conusmer research experience in an agency setting is a huge plus- Curious in nature and passionate about understanding consumer needs, market trends and human behavior- Attention to detail and strong time management skillsPrimary Responsibilities : - Serve as point-person for qualitative research project execution, including survey design, programming of questionnaires in Qualtrics, recruitment management and supporting analysis and deliverable creation- Manage all market research projects from start to finish- Work in PPT and / or Qualtrics to create project reports that include visualizations and summaries, send to stakeholders- Develop screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides and writing reportsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental / vision / term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
