Our client, a leading beauty brand is looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to join their team!
You will be responsible for owning the Amazon channel end-to-end with the key objective of maximizing revenue and revenue growth.
Must thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment, have an analytical mind, and drive growth with innovative strategies.
Requirements :
- Day to day management of marketplaces, including but not limited to sales analysis and reporting, pricing, and inventory management
- Lead weekly and monthly reporting, insights, and analysis on business performance, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and complete promotional strategy during key consumer selling periods
- Partner with Planning to optimize inventory levels within FBA to boost sales while minimizing holding expenses
- Partner cross functionally to activate GTM strategy to improve consumer connection, elevate the brand experience, and drive growth in the channel
- Proactively seek growth opportunities to accelerate revenue, grow market share, improve search rank, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion
Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace management experience (Amazon Seller Central platform understanding preferred)
- Preferred buying, merchandising, and / or planning experience
- Deep understanding of requirements, restrictions, and standard processes for successfully selling on marketplaces
- Experience in leading direct reports, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a successful track record in Amazon management and / or Amazon sales growth
