As the Technical Director, you’ll be the lead architect envisioning and developing a technology platform that will enable a global mobilization to remedy a major threat to our biosphere.
Sure, you could make more money in Silicon Valley, but that won’t matter if it’s Six Feet Under (water, that is ). This mission-driven organization is a place where you’ll get to drive world-changing work alongside passionate people who share your priorities at a crucial moment in human history.
Of course, no one can save the Earth single-handedly. You’ll use your hiring experience to assemble a hand-picked team of front- and back-end developers who will realize your vision.
Together you’ll figure out how to engage volunteers in real-time communal, mission-based activities with clear achievement paths and recognition moments along the way.
Ultimately, you will architect a mobile-first ecosystem that is designed and gamified to mobilize, activate and educate volunteers around the world.
