Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Creates, analyzes, and distributes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
Provides data critical and meaningful recommendations to operational strategy.
Analyzes, interprets, and communicates complex market, financial and business trends, and provides recommendations to support positive performance.
Identifies potential risks & opportunities and suggests solutions.
- Assists in preparations for budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting purposes.
- Prepares reconciliations which may include issuing payments and tracking accounts receivable.
- Completes complex financial modeling, market research, and cost accounting.
- Completes various month end tasks and ad hoc reporting requests, including journal entries.
- Coordinates with other members of the team as required to review financial information and forecasts.
- Supports business initiatives through data review, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of various systems.
- Supports audits as needed.
- Diagnoses problems and helps identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement. Creates process improvements.
- Trains, supports, and mentors junior team members.
Qualifications
- B.S Degree in related field (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent
- 5+ years of Financial Analysis / Accounting or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
- Required to pass a credit check
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services
- Strong analytical and organization skills with ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to train, support, and mentor junior team members
- Detail oriented
Preferred
- 2 plus years of experience in healthcare field
- Experience in Adaptive Planning and / or NetSuite
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to work a Central time standard schedule.

The hiring range for this position is :
$84,600.00-$113,775.00
