As a Night Shift Charge RN, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with nursing standards, directing the activities of care givers and support staff, and using independent judgment to optimize patient care.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare network in Northwest Arkansas.
Key responsibilities of this role include :
- Evaluating assigned patients and planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
- Performing various patient tests and administering medications within scope of practice
- Promoting patients' independence through goal setting and patient education
Key qualifications :
- Associate's degree and registered nurse certification; Bachelors in Nursing preferred
- Familiar with standard nursing concepts, practices, and procedures
