Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed in San Marcos, CA
Job Overview :
We are excited to offer a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist position in San Marcos, CA. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about working in a school setting, providing therapy to help students overcome communication challenges and succeed academically.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in pediatric or educational settings is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
