The role of Launch Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of launch. The successful candidate is responsible for delivering departmental scorecard objectives pertaining to people, safety, quality, and flow;
maintaining standardization while implementing continuous improvement actions while containing and communicating irregularities.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a positive environment of culture, communication and employee recognition.
Minimum Requirements :
- Education : High School Diploma
- Experience : Production experience minimum of 5 years in fast-paced, high-volume facility Strong ability to interface with plant hourly, salaried personnel and plant management Strong ability to present in front of plant management Ability to teach Ford Production System principles Union negotiations experience Competent in the use of data for decision making Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to resolve diverse problems Need to work well under pressure and to be able to work under crisis management when necessary Having the ability to work and multi-task in fast pace environment
- Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
Preferred Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience : Sr. Process Coach experience 6-sigma designation preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt) Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making capability preferred Microsoft Office knowledge (Word / Excel / Outlook)
