• WHAT YOU'LL DO : Provide friendly, positive and a stress-free moving or hauling experience to all customers.* Support College Hunks culture and values* Create strong customer relationships* Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
• Complete relevant paperwork and collect payment* Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.* Lead by example. Always be branding.
• WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR : Must be at least 23 years of age* Valid / Active Driver's License required. Clean Driving Record* No Felonies* Appreciation for customer service* Must Commit to minimum of 15 hours per week* Effective communication skills* Proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback* Commitment to excellence* Positive attitude in the face of adversity* Friendly and polite personality* Must be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen* Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs.

or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.* Eligible to work in the United States.* Prior moving experience* Strong team management skills* Reliable* Previous experience with moving company in the past year.
