THE POSITION
As a part of the Young Alumnae / i and Family Engagement team, the Director develops and supports programs for parents and families* of undergraduate students and undergraduate alumnae / i that promotes a lifelong relationship with the College.
The Director should have comprehensive experience in and an understanding of the many ways in which families rely upon and can contribute to the College.
The position is part of the Alumnae / i Relations and Development (ARD) Office and reports to the Executive Director of Constituent Engagement (CE).
The Director participates on the Constituent Engagement Leadership Team and manages the Associate Director of Student and Young Alumnae / i Engagement.
A bachelor’s degree is required. Five to seven years of engagement and / or fundraising, preferably in a college or university setting, is essential.
Experience in analyzing data, utilizing fundraising / volunteer management tools such as GiveCampus, as well as working with volunteers are highly valued.
We use families in a broad sense to also include anyone that a student considers a supporter or champion regardless of relationship.
