Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager or Licensed Nurse consistent with policies and procedures of the unit.
Responsible for direct day-to-day care of assigned residents / patients including dressing bathing transporting and feeding.
Documents care provided as directed in a manner consistent with guidelines.Maintains patients environment / work area / equipment and communicates any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department / unit personnel.
