Job Description
This is an overnight position - the hours are from 10 pm - 7 am
General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
Carpet cleaning in hallways
Light maintenance (ex : changing lightbulbs)
Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
Ensure resident / guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
Assist with maintenance PM's- (ex : checking emergency lights)
You will be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
