Works with the Director to maintain and standardize all Account Management processes and deliverables. Collaborates with leadership to establish and track key performance indicators.
Acts as the primary contact point for HealthWorks clients. Maintains an ongoing relationship and line of communication with both the administration and employees for each client through marketing material, emails, face to face visits and scheduled meetings.
Reports out on anticipated changes in client services that impact revenue targets, develops countermeasures for barriers and identifies solutions.
Knows and represents all HealthWorks service line offerings to the client including product descriptions, delivery timeline / implementation, expectations for metrics, and price.
Works with programming, clinical, and operations team to track and report appropriate metrics for each client. Monitor and track contracts.
Attend and assist at programming events for clients when applicable. Supports Director in putting together quotes, proposals and contracts for current clients.
Presents opportunities for growth or addition of services to client leadership / decision makers including C-Suite level.
This may include developing the presentation and deliverables as well as leveraging HealthWorks service line leaders, the HealthWorks Director, and / or the HealthWorks Medical Director.
Leads huddles and meetings with service line leaders around client needs and outcomes. Updates and maintains huddle board.

Required Education : Bachelors Degree
