MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
We are looking to hire a Mechanical Technician for a Technology company in East Haven, CT ! This is a Direct-Hire opportunity!
Mechanical Technician Shift : 1st
Mechanical Technician Pay : 60k-70k / yr (Depending on experience)
Mechanical Technician Description :
- Fabricate and assemble parts, components and assemblies for new equipment
- Provide hands-on electro-mechanical support of machine construction to include mechanical fabrication tasks, electrical panel building, machine wiring, startup and testing;
- Mechanical Technician performs light machining tasks, as required.
- Layout and cutting of frames, cabinets, panels and other related components, as required.
- Mechanical Technician is responsible for primary machine mechanical assembly and disassembly.
Mechanical Technician Essential Skills :
- HS Diploma with some technical schooling or training
- Minimum 2 years of directly related hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical Technician is experienced with fabrication of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Proven fabrication and layout skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and engineering documentation
