Responsibilities :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Schedule appointments with our existing customers as well as confirm these appointments.
- Make outgoing birthday calls to our current customers.
- Make outgoing follow-up calls to customers that have experienced a claim.
